How does a Battle Zone Gaming party work?

One of our Team Captains drives the van to a location of your choice. Once there we’ll take charge of your squad and look after them throughout the entirety of your party leaving you free to do whatever you want. No mess no stress just fun!

How do I send an enquiry/book the van?

You send us a booking form and we’ll contact you and handle the rest.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure the van?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Payment by bank transfer (BACS) or card.

How much do parties cost?

Birthday parties start from £222 see our pricing page for more information.  Long distance surcharges may apply.

Corporate, Weddings and Hire are on a per request basis. Please contact us for a quote.

How long do parties last?

Well our gaming can last from 60m to 120m with our amazing packages. We aim to arrive upto 30 minutes early to set the van up.

What games can we play?

We specialize in social gaming. Gaming where all 7 players are fully involved from start to finish. We have the best and latest multi-player games available on the Playstation 5 Console, & Playstation Virtual Reality.

The age old question, do we offer Fortnite?

Yes! aslong as we have stable enough WIFI connection via our van or we can connect to yours via our super long Cat 6 cable. Our approach is having everyone playing which has made for fantastic parties that everyone enjoys.

Under age gaming

We don’t allow children to play games rated at older than they are unless we get signed consent from their parents.

Do Battle Zone Gaming staff look after the party?

We sure do. For the entirety. All our staff are DBS checked and professionally trained and all thoroughly nice, decent people just like their boss.

How many people can you fit on the gaming van?

We can accommodate for 7 players and adults can spectate the amazing gaming from outside our van!

Can food and drink be consumed on the van?

Nope! Food and drink is not allowed on our van.

How far will you travel?

We are based in torbay devon and will travel to all surrounding area's! 25mile free then £1.00 pm

Do you drive around while the games are being played?

Are you kidding? Our insurers would have kittens! Our parties are always in parked vans. We bring the van to wherever you need us to be.

Will the weather affect my party?

Nope. We party in all weathers!

What do we need from you?

Just space to park the van and access to an electric point and Internet point. Although we have our own power supply and Wifi depending on party length and Wifi stability we may need some help to keep the party rocking.

Will your gaming van double my energy bills?

No our electrical equipment is the latest A+ low energy use equipment. We calculated if we used everything on board for the entirety of a 90 minute party it would cost just £2 in electric!
